The Chinese Calligraphy Club will hold its first workshop for the semester this Friday. This week's topic is Chinese embroidery.
Approximate Workshop Schedule:
4:30-5:00 Presentation on Embroidery
5:00-6:00 Calligraphy Practice
Location: Global International Studies Building 1112
During the Workshop we will supply ink, brushes, paper, and copybooks for individual practice free of charge. Besides studying calligraphy, we will also have free food provided by our sponsor Gourmet Garden!
We welcome you to come with us! Together we can uncover the unseen story of the traditional Chinese art form of embroidery.
